Over 70’000 industrial plants ceased to work, half of livestock was destroyed, and 60 % of agricultural lands are not used... Kremlin abandoned 5,5 million square kilometers with populations of 125 million people...

As the result of Perestroika 5 million people left Russia, and within Russia huge migrations started from periphery/province, rural areas to the central regions.

The governments of Gaidar, Chubais and Chernomyrdin completely swindled and ruined country’s population, confiscated people’s private savings (bank deposits) for 100 billion $, and enriched themselves here those government and administrative functionaries who used the legal vacuum and privatized state property for their personal or corporate/mafiozi needs...

Nobody honestly earned/appropriated his capitals during “Perestroika”, with the help of “reforms” a’la Yeltzyn and foreign aid. Just for the first five years of the great Capitalist revolution the quantity of the poor in Russia increased 10 times; death-rate became twice higher than in Europe; the majority of population found themselves in drastic position, and Russia came down to the 70-th place among other countries by the living standards, to the 130 place- by the average life-span, to 20-th place by volume of production, to 95^th place by GDP per capita [dropped over 50%], and to 70^th place by IT-use (behind Uruguay, Indonesia and Philippines); her share in the world economy comprises just 2,5 % (the level of India, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina)... Yeltzyn’s “reform” gang managed to get into the debt 8-10 times higher than all the debts made by USSR… and under Putin, the joint corporate debt of Russia reached 500 billion $$...

Still in the end, despite all shortcomings there was a certain modest average living standard: accessible tolerable alimentation (though recurrent was foodstuffs shortage), lodging rent, public transport, mail, telephone, free education, kindergartens and medical service, cheap medicine. There were no mass unemployment (10-15 million people), no open national conflicts and millions of refugees; no mass drug addiction (15 million subjects, 40 million alcoholics, 6 million AIDS patients), no legalized prostitution (3-4 million subjects), poverty (35-40 millions with incoms below the living wage), beggars on the streets and at doorways (4-5 million adult vagabonds), 4 million homeless children (“zis iz no bizness of state”-Shvydkoi), or 3-4 million suffering heavy psychic disturbances; no wild outburst of gangsterism, no drastic financial transgressions and all sorts of crimes and vices...

Millions of criminal offences remain unsolved here, and millions of criminals unpunished...

To become a senator of Federation Council- pay 5 million $, vice-president of a republic- 1-1,5 million $, the head of a local police-station you need 50 thousand dollars, a Duma deputy and public prosecutor- pay 1 million $, well, a chief of a department of Presidental Administration: 200-300 thousand $, a deputy minister: 1 million, vice-chairman of the Central Bank: 5 million, chief of a Federal Service: 4 million $; to lobby a law in the Duma, ha-ha just pay them 1-2 million $... and if a deputy refuses to push some pro-mafia law, his/her life may be threatened...

To organize a political party represented in Duma, provide her with some 200 million $$ budget... To get a favorable decision of the supreme court- pay them 100 thousand $$........

By the way, one third of Duma deputies has criminal records- convictions or imprisonments for offences and perpetrations, as in the US Congress...

Want to enter a good institute without problems- pay them 5000 $; to acquire an academic degree - no problem: pay 6-8 thosand $- for candidate or 20-25 thousand for doctor of sciences; want to escape dangers and hardships in Russian army - pay them 3-5 thousand $$; wanna a driver license or your car’s technical inspection- pay them as per tariffs; want medical exams or to quicken any bureaucratic procedures - just pay-pay-pay... Before "perestroika" a family here had a chance to get a free state-owned flat within 10-15 years; now in Moscow a flat costs 2000-4000/5000 EUR per square meter (in China around 700 $)... Today Moscow became one of the most expensive cities of the world!

But as for living quality, Moscow and Peterburg rate at the 170 place in the world (together with Mumbay and Abidjan), and  by safety of living and overall pollution, Moscow is in the end too (together with Lome/Togo)...

Studying in a grammar school costes in Russia 130-150 EUR, in an average college and high school - over 200-250 EUR a month...
And who can afford to repair a tooth for 150-200 EUR or put a crown for 200-250 EUR, or a bracket for 1000 EUR ?...
To fall ill here is a catastrophe, no industrial country in a peace-time ever suffered such a harsh and severe social-economic crisis and deterioration of peoples’ health (during Perestroika death-rate here increased twice...

What about clothes and shoes (shoes cost here as much as in Central Europe), furniture, household appliances, education, medicine and transport, communications (that are more expensive than in Europe), etc. ?...
I mean ordinary people, not those 3-5 % new thievish elite, bureaucrats in the President’s administration, Duma deputies, ministers, corporations, or Caucasian immigrants that control Russian trade...

Minimum consumer basket in Moscow is over 200 EUR a month, while the necessary income level here must be over 300 EUR (real living wage) to 400-500 EUR per person (if you need to buy some clothes, shoes, household goods, pay study etc.); while in fact average Russian adult earns monthly 200-300 EUR, and a half of the country’s population lives on 200 EUR a month... Official reduced living wage here is 140 EUR (which all goes for alimentation), and how about 100-150 EUR for a public flat, not speaking of too expensive rented lodging, etc? Half of Russian population lacks money for food, 20 % of population spends all their money for food...

The population of “reformed Russia” has got similar alimentation which German prisoners of war received in wartime USSR...

Statistics shows the incomes sharing in Russia:  in extreme poverty (below subsistence minimum of 130-150 Euro) live 30-35 % of all Russian population; in misery (200-300 Euro) live 40-50 %; 350-500 Euro become 20-30 %, while the rich comprise some 1-2 %. At the same time, the government taxes both poor majority and nouveaux riches at the same rate – Kremlin scums guard only the moneybags...

So is it communism, or capitalism, or feudal slavery ? Or properly - Kremlin’s terrorism and GENOCIDE against Russians ?...

Treatment of children and elderly characterizes essence of the given society and the state.

A child or a pensioner spends for him/herself much over 130 EUR a month, while a child gets a state benefit 5 EUR a month and a pensioner 120-150 EUR a month;

schools cannot afford anymore free ration for children, and kindergartens may allow some 1,5 EUR a day per child (as in Afghanistan?);

a state kindergarten and a state school cost over 30 EUR for a person per month;

physicians and teachers receive here monthly 200-300 EUR, which is not a desert of modern “communists”...
When annual inflation here is 30-35 %, Moscow government boasted of 10 % increase in pensions!... Can you imagine, only for the past 2 years the cost of public utilities/lodgement has increased in Russia twice, while this capitalism-oriented fascist government aims to further increase it yet 1,5-2 times within the next 1-2 years...

Kremlin Duma rejected a bill to increase pensions and minimum wages to subsistence level as well as a monthly allowance on child-care (up to 125 EUR)...

Inspite of all that, IMF- the Monster parasite and exploiter, demands from his Kremlin Gauleiters that Russia further increased taxes, banking rates, price for benzine, tariffs for electricity, gas and railway transport [no mention of the local salaries!] - and the bastard Kremlin eagerly follows NWO-line: “yes-please!”…

Since high officials in Russia get 10-20 thousands USD a month, and many “businessmen” enjoy (and worship) “Catastroika” pretty well, certain public in Russia can afford limousines for 50-100 thousand dollars, build villas for hundreds thousands, buy property abroad, visit weekly their families living in Paris, have medical care abroad, go on vacations to Canarys, send their kids to study in the West... Elite hardly counts money here.

Russia spent over 2 million dollars a year to keep the family of villain ex-commie tzar Boris comfortable (Putin’s main job)...

But - NOTHING for national economy’s development, even foodstuffs are 70 % imported here, agriculture was completely destroyed...
